An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM) Team at Hutt Valley that will enable you to strengthen your leadership and communication skills. You will support the on-going commitment to Safe Staffing through the implementation of the CCDM programme utilising data, including that from TrendCare, to enable optimal patient outcomes by achieving staffing that closely matches the needs and care required for patients 24 hours day, seven days a week.  Mo to matou ropu – About our team The Hutt Valley based CCDM team is passionate about supporting health care professionals to have safer working environments and achieve better patient outcomes. The team works closely with their counterparts at Capital, Coast and you will occasionally be required to work across the district.  Mou – About you Skills that are desirable include: At least 3 years clinical experience An ability to analyse data and identify trends Developing and sustaining constructive relationships with key stakeholders Skills & Experience: Senior nurse or midwife with a current APC Ability to write quality reports, including narrative, graphs, and tables A 'can do' attitude with the ability to motivate others Ideal interpersonal skills:  A good send of humour and resilience  An ability to think outside the square with challenges that may come a long  Fantastic communicator  This role is suitable for a registered nurse and/ or midwife.  E pa ana ki a tatou – About us Here at Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley District we embrace diversity and welcome applications from all people, including all gender identities, ages, ethnicity, sexual orientations, disability and religions.
