Catering Supervisor - Victoria University of Wellington x 5 Full Time Hours, Permanent Position Job security and stability in an essential service organisation Work at New Zealand's leading provider of food services!
We have an exciting opportunity for multiple amazing Full Time Catering Supervisors to join our team at Victoria University of Wellington.
The ideal candidates will have a flexible attitude and be prepared to work shift work as sites operate 7 days per week.
This role is a permanent full time role with a minimum of 30 hours per week during the tertiary education terms.
This key role within the lounge is responsible for: Ensuring our food, beverage and customer service is outstanding for our valued customers.
Leading and participating in a team that goes above and beyond for our valued clientele and ensures we obtain the high levels of service standards expected at all times.
If you're our ideal candidate, you will: Be hard working, reliable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have a natural knack for leading a diverse team, and understanding labour budgets.
Have proven experience within a 5-star/FOH environment and leading a team.
Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, 'can do' attitude.
Have experience with food preparation and adequate knowledge of beverages.
A Duty Managers certificate is not essential; however, it would be beneficial along with Host Responsibility knowledge.
