As Catering Assistant, you will be joining the busy Catering team at our Blagdon production site.
Working closely with our existing Catering Assistants and Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for assisting with the smooth delivery of catering and hospitality for Yeo Valley employees using the canteen (650 people split over two shifts).
Key responsibilities will include both front and back of house duties: Assisting Chefs with food preparationServing Yeo Valley staff with hot and cold foodEnsuring all displays, counters and seating areas are clean and presented to the highest standardsVending and snack replacementKitchen porter dutiesAssist with cash handling and till operatingHours: 4 days on 4 days off, 6am - 6pm
