He angitutanga / The opportunity: We are looking for multiple Casual Catering Assistants to join our team at Taranaki Hospital. Hours of work are on an 'as and when' required basis, dependent upon business needs.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities: Food preparation and presentation.
Providing superb customer service.
Assisting in general kitchen and cleaning duties.
Making coffee.
Stocking the fridges.
He korero mou / About you: Ideally previous experience in cooking.
Cash handling and reconciliation experience.
Experience in barista & coffee bar service.
You will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
Ideally you will already have some experience working in a commercial kitchen, hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167).
You will have superior customer service skills.
Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
