About the role and who we are looking for:
We are looking for multiple Casual Catering Assistants to work at Nelson Hospital for afternoon shifts . Hours will be on an as and when required basis dependent on business needs.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with basic food preparation
Cooking and serving of the resident's meals
Assisting with sandwich preparation
Ensuring all requests are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
General kitchen and cleaning duties
Ideal skills and experience:
If you're our ideal candidate, you will have a high attention to detail, be willing to go the extra mile, and take pride and ownership of the role. You will have experience working in a similar environment and have a passion for working with the elderly. You will have high standards in personal presentation, as well as a friendly, helpful, outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
