We are on the lookout for a talented Category Strategy Manager to lead our Adult Nutrition portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who thinks strategically and is persistent and committed to driving great results.The role focuses on aligning market opportunities with business capabilities and working collaboratively to implement strategies and robust product roadmaps.Key responsibilities of this role include:Researching key markets, our customers and the problems they face.
Developing value propositions that resonate and feed into our go-to-market strategy.Working cross-functionally to identify and prioritise new opportunities, drive and coordinate the product development pipeline.Preparing and presenting robust business cases to support future category investment.Creating marketing campaigns to support product launches.You will also be responsible for pipeline prioritisation, profitability analysis and life-cycle management of the portfolio.Skills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:You enjoy working in a vibrant high-growth environment.You will ideally have 5+ years' previous experience in a similar product management role in FMCG, food or agriculture industries.A university degree in Marketing or Business Management preferred.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams.A natural level of hustle when it comes to being strategic and driving alignment on commercial objectives through a large organisation.About Us – The Synlait WaySynlait is a dynamic, purpose-led milk nutrition company that is Doing Milk Differently for a Healthier World!
