Job Description As our Tea Category and Shopper Marketing Specialist, you will support the Tea Category Manager in building and executing our shopper and category plans. In this role you will lead the development of all tea shopper activations collaborating with all key stakeholders to ensure excellent execution, driving growth across our key customers.
You will lead our online excellence program and develop, maintain and optimise category business reporting whilst delivering insights to support the development of the tea category and our portfolio.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Continual evaluation and communication of market trends and JDE tea performance to key stakeholders
Supporting with innovation projects
Delivering insights and tools to help the business optimize our sales fundamentals
Budget management
End to end management of tea shopper activation projects
Qualifications To be the best Category/Shopper Marketing Specialist, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in FMCG or a similar role is advantageous
Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator experience is required
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Continuous improvement mindset with strong communication skills
Valid unrestricted work visa
