The Hired Guns are seeking a self-motivated Category Manager to advance category growth and performance for a global billion-dollar personalized products company undergoing rapid expansion.The Nitty GrittyThe backstory on the organization and why they need to hire you!As Category Manager, you will be responsible for full ownership of category growth at the one of the world's largest suppliers of promotional products, operating on five continents and selling to over 100 countries around the globe (that's a lot!).
You will actively manage the introduction of new products to support the company's margin and ROI goals.
In short, this role is crucial to the company's growth strategy, and you will play an integral part in the vision and implementation of new categories, brands and channels.

You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or merchandising, or a similar program of study.
It's great if you have strategic planning and merchandising experience.
You'll be managing cross-functional teams, so strong management and leadership skills are a must.
