We are on the lookout for a Category Executive to join our amazing sales team and provide some brilliant insights from a wide and varied data set.You will have a hard working, positive, collaborative approach to the job and be able to confidently present your findings to external and internal stakeholders.Key responsibilities:Translate data and analytics into actionable insights for both internal and customer use.Provide analytical support in the development of category plans.Manage monthly category reporting and presenting to multiple level stakeholders.Build and maintain relationships and work collaboratively with retailers to maintain reputation and presence.Contribute to supporting the long term plan and brand planning process.Maintain relationships with nominated retailers through range and category reviews, highlighting category opportunities from category strategy and drivers.Sounds interesting, what do I need?Essential:Previous experience in a Category, Sales or Marketing Team.Previous experience working with data.Strong analytical skills.Confident communicator.Great influencing skills.Strong presentation skills.Great at working in Teams.Desirable:Previous experience in a Category Team in FMCG.Previous experience working with data, ideally experience with market data (i.e., IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby, Self-Serve).Creative problem solving.Why should I join the family?We're independent, British and proud to be making the highest quality yogurts, desserts, and ice cream under the Yeo Valley brand and for many of the UK's major retailers.
