Our 'high street' division, Consumer Products Division, offers a wide range of colouring, hair care, make-up and skincare brands through main retail channels such as supermarkets and chemists with brands like L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier & Essie.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive category plans, leveraging your extensive experience and expertise to drive business growth and profitability.
Contribute to the development of retailer engagement plans, showcasing your category thought leadership and expertise to establish strong partnerships and drive mutual growth.
Track, analyze, and report on category performance, utilizing your advanced analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and adjust plans accordingly to meet objectives.
Assist in creating robust brand activation plans, overseeing the briefing process and managing the creation of point-of-sale materials to support brand objectives and enhance customer experience.
Contribute to the development of channel-specific assortment strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize product offerings and meet customer demands.
Provide support in the development of pricing and promotional strategies, leveraging your analytical insights and market knowledge to drive competitive pricing and impactful promotional campaigns.
Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to ensure seamless alignment of stock forecast with activation timelines and market performance.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in category management, brand management, or a related field, with a track record of success in driving business growth.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the analytical direction to deliver category and brand objectives, leveraging your extensive experience and expertise.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and derive actionable insights from large volumes of data.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners.
Keen attention to detail and a proven track record in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes.
Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Advanced skills in IRI Unify (or similar data platform), enabling you to leverage market data for decision-making.
Experience with space planning programs is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to optimize assortment and layout for maximum category performance.
