Key accountabilities will include but not limited to: Management of an allocated portfolio of casualty claims in an intentional, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Delivering service excellence to our clients and brokers. Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders. Compliance with AIG policies, guidelines and procedures and local legal and regulatory requirements. Contributor in regional and international AIG casualty claims forums.
