Responsibilities may include: Working closely with clinical service staff in designing personalised support plans You will work with people's strengths, hold hope and encourage people to recognise their ability to overcome adversity. You will work with people planning a suite of activities and programmes individually designed to help them meet goals Casual positions are availableto fill in for permanent Support Workers during leave, with non-regular hours,you'll have the opportunity to work across our full range of servicesthroughout the week, including all Wellington locations. About You | MouYou will have: A National Certificate in Mental Health and Addiction Support Work (Level4) or National Certificate in Youth Work. Or will be willing to work towards. A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one. Knowledge and understanding of Te Ao Maori, including Te Reo Maori and Tikanga, or be open to learning about it.
