Mo te whai waahi | About the opportunity We're currently looking for a motivated salesperson to support our Waimate store. You will be working on a casual basis, and we require flexibility across the week.
You will concentrate on:
Providing retail sales and customer service to our shareholders Giving advice to customers on a range of sheep and beef, dry stock, and general agricultural products Operating a point of sale (POS) system Helping and maintaining the bulk store Completing administrative tasks such as ordering and receipting of stock Mohou ake | About you We're looking for someone with a sound background in the farming sector and a broad knowledge of products and services. You will also have proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
You will have sound computer skills.
You will have a full clean Class 1 driver's license.
You will be physically fit as there will be lifting and manual handling tasks.

Please note that the successful candidate will have to go through pre-employment checks before starting with us at Farmlands.
