The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and correct processing of all referrals received for the medical/ surgical specialties, ensuring these are waitlisted and managed in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Te Whatu Ora - Waitemata guidelines. This includes internal and external referrals for both North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals.About YouAs the first point of contact for our patients, it is essential that you have a good command of the English language (both written and verbal) and promote a professional image while providing excellent customer service.
