You will facilitate neonatal development by providing recognised neonatal Physiotherapy assessment and treatment plans appropriate to the developmental needs of the baby. You will work very closely across all disciplines of the neonatal team to facilitate patients' discharge and provide relevant education to patients, their families and carers. A thorough induction to the unit and support will be provided for the right candidate, as are a number of professional development opportunities. You will need to be flexible and adaptable with enthusiasm for knowledge sharing across disciplines. Ko wai koe | About You In this role, you will be responsible for: Undertaking expert assessments, completing appropriate interventions and providing advice or referring to other services. Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Paediatric experience. Neonatal experience (desirable).
