Position: Fitter Turner/ Fabricator Welder/ Fitter Welder and Trade Assistant.
Location: Glenbrook, Auckland, New Zealand

Job Responsibilities:
Fitter Turner: Operate machine tools and equipment to fabricate, modify, or repair metal parts. Perform precision fitting and assembly work.Fabricator Welder: Fabricate metal structures and components, read blueprints, and perform welding tasks to join metal pieces together.Fitter Welder: Conduct fitting and welding tasks, assemble and install mechanical components, and ensure the highest quality standards.Trade Assistant: Providing support with tools and material preparation, equipment handling, and site cleanup
Requirements:
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.Must have the ability to speak and understand English clearly.Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the specific trade.Proficiency in reading technical drawings and plans.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols.
Benefits:
Flexibility to work 1-2days per week or up to 6 days per week over shut-downs. Further shut-down opportunities.
