We are seeking dedicated Duty Managers to join our team in Tauranga!Position: Casual Duty ManagerLocation: TaurangaPay Rate: $29.50 per hour + 8% holiday payKey Responsibilities:Maintain a safe environment for both patrons and staff, manage security risks, and respond effectively to emergencies.Manage conflicts, resolving issues in a peaceful and respectful manner.Ensure all staff are trained in the responsible service of alcohol and monitor patrons to prevent over-intoxication.Qualifications:Must hold a current NZ Duty Manager Certificate and LCQ.Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.Must be available to work.Join our team and help us provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our patrons in Tauranga!
