Casual shifts between 10:30am - 7pm and 4pm - 7pm, Monday to Sunday
Health New Zealand is looking for a casual Catering Assistant to join our dedicated WellFood Department at Christchurch Health Campus to help feed our turoro (patients).
In this role you will be working as part of a large WellFood kapa (team), where you will be responsible for taking the meal and beverage orders directly from the turoro (patients), assembling meal trays and delivering these to the wards all whilst providing excellent customer service to our turoro (patients) and their whanau (family).
This is a casual role with no guaranteed hours or days. In this role you will be covering sick (oncall) and annual leave. Salary starting from $24.58 per hour, based on the E tu Service and Food Workers collective agreement.

To be successful in this role, you are required to have excellent customer service skills, be organised, get along with people and be adaptable to different situations.
This role would suit someone who is looking for flexible working hours and is able to work on their feet.
Full training will be provided to all new staff joining our team.
