In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and assisting with administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.Manage bookings for meetings, conference rooms, and client appointments.Oversight of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming, safe environment.Assist with general office tasks: handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.Data entry and record keeping: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and organise files.Support team members: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service goals.Ad Hoc administrative duties: Assist with special projects and tasks as required.As a Casual Receptionist/Administration Officer, you will possess the following skills and attributes:Experience: Previous administration experience preferred but not essential.Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.Adaptability: Ability to handle changing priorities and multitask effectively.For further information, please contact Lucy Byrnes, Business Support on 021 506 167.
