About the Role
We're seeking a full-time Supervisor to join our dynamic team. If you have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and are licensed through the Kansas BSRB, we'll provide you with the training you need to excel!
A Day in the Life as a Supervisor:
Oversee Case Managers and Support Workers to ensure children can safely thrive in their home environments.
Guide and mentor staff, helping them grow and develop key skills for working with families.
Create training programs, provide support, and lead your team to bring positive change to children and families.
Collaborate with community agencies and advocate for improving lives.
What We're Looking For:
Detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
Passionate about helping children and families build strong, healthy relationships.
Able to lead and empower staff to improve the quality of services provided to families in need.
