Case Manager - Workplace Injuries

About WorkAon
We have staff in 12 locations around New Zealand which allows us to focus on early contact and face to face rehabilitation with injured employees. Our nationwide network of providers ensures injured staff receive the best treatment possible as soon as practical.
This is an Office Based role based in our Dunedin or Alexandra location.
What the mahi looks like
Our Case Managers provide needs-based services to people with workplace injuries ensuring the best possible outcomes and independence for that individual.
Determine injury or wellness related needs.
Delivery of initial action plan discussions with injured workers and their manager.
Monitor and review costs associated with rehabilitation plans according to the policies of the company.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Experience in case management roles.
Experience in health professions, rehabilitation or similar.
Ability to manage and build strong lasting relationships.
Desire to learn, and the ability to think outside the box.
