As a Te Tiriti o Waitangi partner we are committed to supporting and enabling Maori, whanau, hapu, Iwi and communities to realise their own potential and aspirations.

Our people are as diverse as the communities we serve. We care about the wellbeing and success of our people and provide a supportive and inclusive working environment where people can thrive and be who they are.

You will need to develop and maintain relationships with your peers and partner agencies to give and receive support when needed.

You will be exceptionally organised, with sound decision making and problem-solving skills. In addition to this, you will bring a high level of personal integrity and initiative and take ownership and responsibility to follow through and deliver for the people in our community.

Every day is busy and demanding but very rewarding as you can positively influence people's lives.

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop trust and rapport quickly.

Sound decision making and problem-solving skills.
