Case Manager

A competitive market salary with annual performance reviews Matched KiwiSaver up to 4% Corporate Discount programme Subsidised Southern Cross Health insurance and access to MyCare (for the best Doctors) Life and Salary Continuance insurance Wellbeing programmes and Wellbeing Days Annual flu Vaccinations Fruit baskets Modern CBD offices Great team environment with energetic and supportive colleagues Flexible working opportunities for the right candidate supporting work / life balance to suit your needs and ours Opportunity to learn and grow as a professional Paid parental leave Additional Lifestyle Leave Volunteer Leave We will count on you to : Manage a portfolio of client cases of work injury claims Management of injury claims to meet the Client Service Level Agreements, ACC Audit Standards, legislation and Wellnz's commitment to quality Providing day to day coordination of a claims management support team Set clear expectations on what can and cannot be supported under the ACC Legislation Promote a healthy and safe working environment Identify new business opportunities Ensure a high standard of customer service to injured employees is achieved and maintained in accordance with the Code of Claimant Rights Develop effective and efficient working relationships with your clients Regular progress reporting Foster positive H&S practices Continually work towards professional development and maintain a competent practice What you should have : Experience in injury rehabilitation case management or complaints, dispute resolution and claims management experience Negotiation skills and conflict resolution experience highly regarded Relevant tertiary qualifications in business and / or rehabilitation or health related discipline or relevant working experience Thorough knowledge and understanding of the ACC Accredited Employer Programme (AEP) Strong clinical and ACC Legislative knowledge Commitment to the philosophy of a case management model of practice Proven effective communication, interpersonal, relationship and leadership skills Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively, including delivering unfavourable news Strong customer service skills and people-first focused Sensitivity to equity, culture and disabilities Keyboard skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Proven time management and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines and work under pressure Self-motivation, energy and confidence to work independently Compassionate team player with an ability to be solution focused Ability to travel domestically on occasion Are you Ready to Join?
