As one of two Case Facilitators, this position will handle a portfolio of complaints from across the organisation, liaise with our third-party provider, and support administrative processes to ensure a smooth process through to case completion.
You will investigate and compile reporting while maintaining confidentiality.
This is a fixed term position through until 1 December 2025.
Whilst we are looking for someone full time, we would also be open to considering someone working part time if they have the right skills and experience.
For part time hours, the salary and accrued leave will be pro-rated accordingly.
Ko tau na i tenei turanga - What you'll bring to the role: Hit the ground running in this fixed term position using your previous experience in complaints management, preferably with experience working with a third-party provider.
You will be a self-starter with a strong level of empathy for the people you will be working with.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will have: Proven experience in a complaints management positionExperience in facilitating workflow managementSound experience in gathering, researching, analysing and evaluating informationAbility to establish and build strong working relationships with a range of people across different cultures, backgrounds and geographical locationsThe salary range for this role is $83,155 - $92,394 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
