Carpet Cleaning Technician

We have a unique opportunity for someone to join our fast-growing team as a lead Carpet Technician now! In this role, you will be responsible for carpet and upholstery cleaning, stain treatments, and delivering our WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is a varied role where you will need to have excellent verbal communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to do fairly physical work. Experience helps, but isn't required, as the successful applicant will learn everything they need to know one-on-one with our chief technician. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with: The ability to follow clear procedures consistently A great work ethic and desire to do a GREAT job always! A practical hands-on style Professional and customer-focused manner The ability to work unsupervised Reliability and self-motivation Physically fit and active to get the job done Full residency and NZ driver's licence as you will be provided with a pristine late model company van for work purposes Customer service or sales experience is a huge bonus, as you will be acting as the "face of the company" dealing with clients every day, so confidence and strong communication is a must.
