Klever are specialists in the professional carpet and upholstery cleaning business, servicing high-end residential clients in the greater Auckland area. We have a unique opportunity for someone to join our fast-growing team as a lead Carpet Technician now!
In this role, you will be responsible for carpet and upholstery cleaning, stain treatments, and delivering our WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This is a varied role where you will need to have excellent verbal communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to do fairly physical work.
Experience helps, but isn't required, as the successful applicant will learn everything they need to know one-on-one with our chief technician.

Customer service or sales experience is a huge bonus, as you will be acting as the "face of the company" dealing with clients every day, so confidence and strong communication is a must.
