Their objective is to provide a tenant-centric service and deliver a financially sustainable portfolio to improve the quality of their housing and increase the supply of community housing in Christchurch.
As part of this service, they are currently delivering the Warm & Dry initiative to raise the standard of community housing in Christchurch and to improve conditions for tenants.
Having substantially completed the installation of heat pumps and ventilation, they are now preparing to move onto draught stopping.
