Carpenter

Adecco New Zealand is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Carpenters to join our ever-growing Civil and Construction team across New Zealand. There are a variety of Construction sites managed by Adecco's clients for assignment-based roles.

Role Description: We are currently looking for experienced Carpenters for ongoing work around the Canterbury region. The role will include form work, framing, dry wall fixing, roofing, cladding, and more. This is a great opportunity to not only enjoy a change in job but also work in a great team environment. Health & Safety is a key priority for us, and you will need a good knowledge, understanding, and proven application of Health & Safety practices. Salary will be based on experience for this role.

About you: Be comfortable with reading plans, blueprints, and sketches.Taking measurements, calculating, and planning material requirements.You will take pride in the quality of your work.You will have a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills.You must have reliable transport.Be flexible as projects sites may change. Benefits: Competitive rates of pay Min $29.66 - $34.00 depending on experience.Permanent and full-time role with good working hours with a minimum of 30 hours paid per week.Opportunity to work on landmark projects across multiple regions in New Zealand.Opportunities for training and development provided.
