Job Description: LBP Carpenter Position Overview: If you are a qualified New Zealand carpenter who is LBP registered and have a minimum of 5 years experience in the New Zealand construction industry, then this could be the perfect position for you. Bare Construction is looking for new qualified carpenters to join our build team. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction management, with the ability to lead a team effectively, ensure project timelines are met, and uphold our standards of quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations and coordinate the activities of construction teams. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Manage project schedules, materials, and resources to meet deadlines and budget. Lead by example, promoting a culture of quality, safety, and teamwork. The ability to manage multiple sites/teams if required. Requirements: Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar leadership role in construction. Strong knowledge of building trades, construction techniques, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively. Current Drivers Licence. Carpentry qualification, LBP Carpentry (preferred).
