Location: Auckland Job type: Full time / Permanent : 30 hours Minimum per week, based on a rotating Roster. Pay Bracket: Minimum pay rate per hour will be $29.70 and the employer is willing to do up to $32.00 per hour based on experience.   Responsibilities and duties:           Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications and requirements.           Take measurements and calculate the size and number of materials needed.           Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials according to measurements.           Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items.           Lay out floorings, roofing, or drywalls ensuring they are levelled and compatible.           Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.           Install structures and fixtures such as windows, moulding, and cabinets.           Perform maintenance and repairs on existing structures (e.g., repairing roofs, floors, or stairs).   We are looking for candidates with the preferred attributes:           Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and public holidays.           Positive attitude, Building Rapport with Staff, and ability to thrive under pressure.           Communication skills, Decision making and Handling Issues professionally.           3 years relevant experience / and or Level 4 or higher Qualification preferred - To be considered for this role you must be in NZ, and either be an NZ resident, citizen or have the legal right to work in NZ full time.
