Carpenter

Legend residential Ltd is an Auckland-based construction company. We are looking for several experienced carpenters tojoint us. This is a full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities and accountabilities:
 Conduct the tasks to construct, install, renovate and repair structures and fixtures of wood plywood, wallboard and other materials for our construction projects
Tasks include:

Studying building plans and drawings to determine materials dimensions and installation procedures.
Planning, ordering, and selecting timbers and materials and preparing layouts.
Measuring and cutting materials to the right size and shape.
Assembling and nailing the prepared wood parts to form structures and fittings
Erecting and installing wall roof staircases and window framing and boards.
Nailing fascia panels, sheathing roofs, and fitting exterior wall cladding and door and window frames.
Constructing building frames and installing cladding on the inside and outside of buildings.
Removing and repairing existing fittings.

Job Salary : $29.66 - $31.50Working place: AucklandWorking hour per week: 30 -50
Job pre-requisites:

At least 2 years relevant working experience with verified evidence
Relevant qualification is preferable but not a must
Good work attitude and good communication skills
Strong motivation
Physical fitness and could handle the heavy workload
Quality workmanship and eye for detail
Strong dedication to health and workplace safety
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with other team members.
Strong ability to work independently
