Cargowise Application Administrator

We are currently looking for a CargoWise Administrator to join our team to ensure the company capitalizes on the benefits offered by the system.
The Administrator responsibilities include creating user accounts, maintaining the databases and training staff on the effective use of CargoWise products.
Ultimately, you will work with a small team of IT professionals to ensure the organization utilizes the capabilities offered by CargoWise effectively and efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groupsResolve user support ticketsIdentify and gather requirements from users and stakeholdersSupport team members and monitor user adoption of CargoWise tools in our organizationProvide ongoing user training and create training materials as neededRequirements and skillsProven work experience as a CargoWise AdministratorCertified CW1 practitioner.Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of the systemsExperience in performing upgrades and ensuring successful integrationExceptional ability to create and maintain the databasesIn-depth knowledge of CargoWise products and their functionalitiesIdeally, experience with the implementation of CargoWise
