CAREGIVER POSITIONPermanent afternoon shifts working 5 days/week, including every weekend (minimum 64 hours per fortnight).Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 1-2 years caregiving experience.Preference to have Level 3 or 4 NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or working towards.Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand or meet the criteria for a NZ work visa.Pay Rate: Based on Pay and Support Workers Pay Equity ranging between Level 1 - $22.49/hr to Level 4 - $28.25/hr.We provide first-class care and services to residents within the Maida Vale Retirement Village in Bell Block, New Plymouth, Taranaki.
We have 2 care facilities delivering Rest Home and Hospital Level Care and an Apartment complex delivering independent and Rest Home Level of Care.Job Responsibilities:Provision of care to our residents with hygiene, dressing, mobility and meal assistance.Ensuring the safety of residents.Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with residents, their family/whanau, and staff.Assisting with household tasks.A full job description will be provided on application.Please apply through TradeMe.For more information, please contact Kristy.
