Job Description:Summerset Avonhead are looking for passionate individuals to join the care team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career as a Caregiver! About the Role:
This is a busy and diverse role, assisting residents with their day-to-day activities such as showering, delivering meals and much more. Therefore, you will need to be resilient, kind and patient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care to residents under the guidance and direction of the Registered NurseWorking as part of a team to support creating an enjoyable and safe home for residentsThis is a permanent, part-time role. This is a developmental role that will grow your ability as a Caregiver and provide you with the skills and knowledge to create a career in healthcare.

You will be a passionate individual with genuine compassion for all kinds of people from all walks of life. To be successful you will bring:
A keen interest in wanting to kickstart your career as a Caregiver with a genuine passion for aged careEager ability to learn and pick up new skillsOR have previous experience in aged care, and hold a relevant Level 3 Health and Wellbeing qualification (or equivalent).Be a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.The ability to work on a rostered and rotating shift pattern (including mornings, afternoons and weekends).
