This is a busy and diverse role, assisting residents with their day-to-day activities such as showering, delivering meals, and much more. Therefore, you will need to be resilient, kind, and patient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care. This role is for full-time, ongoing employment, working 80 hours per fortnight. Qualifications Now, we are looking for exceptional Caregivers to join our 'Te Awa' village. To be a successful candidate you will: have experience in aged care and/or have a qualification relevant to the role. have genuine compassion for all kinds of people from all walks of life. be a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks. be available to work on a rostered and rotating shift pattern (including mornings, afternoons, and weekends). This is a full-time role with a 4 on 2 off covering morning shifts. Additional Information To recognise the important work that you do for our residents, we offer many great benefits such as: An enthusiastic and supportive team that is fun to be part of. $25.39-$29.95 per hour based on your experience and/or qualifications. Weekend rates of an additional 40 percent of the hourly rate. Time and one half for all work or shifts over 8 hours in a day.
