Casual positions
Hourly rate between $23.62 - $29.10 depending on qualifications and experience
AM, PM, and weekend shifts
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Caregiver with a passion for caring for others, to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will have a positive, compassionate attitude, the ability to make others smile, and be great at working with people. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents are cared for to the highest standard with kindness and patience, in a warm and caring atmosphere.
Your Skills and Experience:
Proven experience caring for others, ideally within an aged care environment.
NZQA Level 3 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent New Zealand or overseas qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma in Nursing) is desirable.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A genuine love for helping people, excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
A passion for continuous improvement, with a sound understanding of the importance of health and safety procedures.
