Naturally, you will have empathy for the elderly and be dedicated to making our village a wonderful place to live and work.
You will work a minimum of 30 hours per week and the wage will be $27.88 - $30.40 per hour.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Performing care and personal needs assistance as detailed in the care plan and under the direction of a Registered NurseObserving and reporting immediately to the Registered Nurse or senior any change in a resident's status or behaviourEnsuring the safety, privacy, and comfort of residents at all timesDemonstrating care for others by understanding their needs and providing help and supportDocumenting care provided to residents objectively and in a timely mannerWe provide a full orientation with ongoing training and support towards professional development and aged care qualifications.Flexibility and reliability are the key attributes that will secure you a role.
