Our picturesque village is a brand-new village & sits adjacent to the beautiful Boulcott's Farm Heritage Golf Club, offering stunning views of the surrounding valley and lush greens. This village is still in development - once complete, this stunning village will offer a range of modern, high-quality living & care options to our residents.About the Role: This is a busy and diverse role, assisting residents with their day-to-day activities such as showering, delivering meals, and much more. You will be working with our residents in our Serviced Apartments.Your responsibilities will include:Providing personal care to residents under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse.Working as part of a team to support creating an enjoyable and safe home for residents.This is a developmental role that will grow your ability as a Caregiver and provide you with the skills and knowledge to create a career in healthcare.This is a permanent, part-time role working one of the following shifts:Monday, Saturday, Sunday 8am - 1pm and Thursday and Friday 4pm - 7pm (minimum of 19.5 hours per week) ORMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday 4pm - 7pm (minimum of 15 hours per week).About you: You will be a passionate individual with genuine compassion for all kinds of people from all walks of life. You will need to be resilient, kind, and patient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care. To be considered suitable for this role you will bring the following:Eager ability to learn and pick up new skills.Be a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.The ability to work on a rostered shift pattern as stated above.What's in it for you?
