About the roleYour caregiving career will thrive working at St. Andrews Village, Cambridge.
Your experience and kindness to provide first class care for our residents will see you exceed in this role.
We have 2 Part time roles available.
Both roles are 20 hours/3 day a week - Mixed shifts ranging from 6 to 7.5 hours a day.
Duties:Provide resident directed care and support to our residents.Work under the direction of a Registered nurse as part of the Care Team.Foster an environment of acceptance and choice.Contribute to and demonstrate knowledge and use of resident directed Care Plans.Provide support for the family.Skills and Experience Required:Hold Health and Wellbeing certificate or equivalent qualification.
Excellent attitude and demonstrate self-motivation and proactiveness.Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is preferred.
