The Chapter is responsible for creating beautifully crafted, engaging and highly functional/usable experiences across multiple channels and platforms, that enhance our customers' shopping experiences and the way our brand shows up digitally. About the Role | Mo te Turanga As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing innovative and efficient fulfilment experiences that delight our customers and store teams as part of our Dynamic Convenience Tribe at WooliesX. This role is a key part of a cross-functional team to embed design thinking, and involve in the design experiences for our customers and store teams. This is your chance to make a genuine impact and design a world class digital retailing experience! You will: Work in close collaboration with Product Owners, cross-functional squads and other UX designers. Identify and prioritise design problems and opportunities to deliver value to customers, team and maximise business value. Design and run user research from discovery through to design testing and in-life monitoring, and translate findings into the product solution design. Communicate the design intent to the product team and wider stakeholders to achieve buy-in for your designs To succeed in this role you will have proven technical UX Design capabilities and an ability to foster strong relationships and have a real impact in the team, bringing your strong communication and collaborative abilities. You will see the big picture and partner across multi functions. You will bring in: 2 to 5 years UX, product or service design experience.
