Joining our talented team, you'll be accountable for delivering end to end business and customer value by owning the product strategy, discovery and delivery of Countdown's goals. Our Product Managers inspire cross-functional teams to build industry-leading products to solve real problems for our customers and maximise business value. As a Product Manager you have strategic influence, commercial accountability and can contribute significantly to the Product Practice by defining how we work and mentor others. About the Role | Mo te Turanga In this role you'll join Woolworth's product community to contribute, learn, share and become a product evangelist at our organisation You'll be accountable for delivering end to end business and customer value by owning the product strategy, discovery and delivery of our Post Order Experience. The focus of this role is to lead and deliver Woolworth NZ's Online Shopping Post Order Experience. You'll understand the product deeply; its customers, value potential, roadmap, lifecycle and performance; and share this with clarity and enthusiasm around our business. You have to team up effectively with all parts of our business to maximise end-to-end value. In addition to the above, you will be also responsible for: Collaborating across Squads, Tribes and wider Business Stakeholders to deliver consistently connected, personalised and easy experiences. Leading a squad through outcome focused discovery, delivery and scaling Fostering a sustainable culture of high performance and lead by example Contributing towards the Product chapter and the wider practice strategies and roadmaps We're looking for an experienced Product Manager who enjoys inspiring and motivating teams to deliver innovative solutions but if you have the right attitude and skills we are happy to consider you for a Product Manager role (instead of a Senior Product Manager role) To succeed in this role you will: Preferably have experience in eComm fulfilment domain Be data driven, customer obsessed and outcome focused Be a strong communicator, articulating the product vision and ambition Know how to build product value through experimentation and iteration Have experience constructing product strategies and securing buy-in and support across the business Be an advocate for fully-empowered product teams Be a confident coach, helping others embed great product practices Working with Woolworths NZ | Me mahi tahi tatou ki Woolworths NZ Our purpose is to make Kiwis' lives a little better every day.
