We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join Woolworths Food Company at a time of change and exciting new challenges. We have just embarked on a new journey as we look at how we can offer more to our customers and provide the best high quality value products that make Kiwis' lives a little easier every day.
About the Role | Mo te Turanga
As the Project Coordinator, you will manage the delivery of artwork change projects across our Own Brand products. You will play a crucial role in driving our product differentiation strategy by ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality artwork for both new and existing products. This is a busy challenging role where you will see the impact of your work and truly add value.
Key Responsibilities:
Create project timelines for artwork change projects and manage the delivery of artwork
Agree timelines with key stakeholders including Product Developers, Quality Specialists, Artwork Agencies, Suppliers & Printers
Manage projects and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
Regularly report on the project status and risks
Manage the OPAL artwork system including uploading dielines, printer specs and design briefs
Mock up samples to demonstrate how the artwork lines up on the packaging
Support packaging development projects and activities
About You | Mou
If you are a highly organised individual, with a strong customer focus and exceptional analytical and negotiating skills, this role is for you. You should also be positive, self-driven, enjoy collaborating within a team environment, and be passionate to achieve results while always having a focus on continuous improvement.

High level of accuracy & attention to detail
Excellent time management & problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills
Proven ability to multi-task and deliver on multiple timelines across the portfolio
