We're looking for a Merchandise Manager - Grocery Foods to join our Commercial team here in Aotearoa.
The Merchandise Manager role plays a strategic role and will be primarily accountable for the delivery of a competitive, profitable and compelling merchandise offer to Woolworths NZ consumers.
As a leader in this area, you will develop and drive the Grocery Foods strategy in line with the overall organisational strategy through exceptional leadership of a team of Category Managers.
You will coach and mentor the team to optimise performance across range, pricing & promotions and business strategy in order to drive profitable sales and market share growth for WWNZ.

Drawing on your leadership experience, you'll have demonstrated the ability to set a strategy for your business area and continuously drive a culture of excellence and high performance.
