These are fantastic remote working positions that will allow you to connect directly with communities and customers across the country responding to queries and resolving problems.
About the Role | Mo te Turanga This team provides quality and efficient customer service within agreed targets.
They help over 1000 customers each day.
You should be a highly customer-focused individual with a good eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
As the work is remote, it is essential that you have contact centre experience and know your way around a computer.
Here's what else you'll need to succeed in the role: Reliable high-speed broadband / wifi A smartphone Ideally, a private room with office desk to fit 2 screens and a chair A degree of technical knowledge and computer literacy Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport Customer Care operates Monday to Sunday from 5am - 11:30 pm.
All shifts and hours will be discussed in the interview process.
Start date will be 11th of November 2024.
You will be required to work full time for the first 5 weeks, Monday to Friday 8am - 3:30pm for training, then will move to your selected shift.
