We're looking for a Charge Baker to join our Woolworths Fraser Cove team.

About the Role | Mo te Turanga Ensuring the best level of customer service for our bakery customers.Overseeing the production and quality of our products.Having sole charge of the Bakery in the absence of the Bakery Manager.Championing Health and Safety and Food Safety.In our next Charge Baker, we are looking for: Previous people leadership experience in a Bakery environment.A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.Previous baking experience and a huge passion for creativity.The ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames.Shift Times: Monday 0300-1230, Thursday 0300-1230, Friday 0300-1230, and Saturday 0300-1230.
Full training and ongoing development will be provided.
