What will you do? Manage daily clinical and personnel duties- overseeing the clinical team, housekeeping, laundry, kitchen and admin staffEnsuring optimal levels of nursing and caregiving are providedMaintain an audit-ready site (your knowledge of legislative requirements and compliance is paramount here)Oversee the budget, financial reporting and managing staffing levels accordinglyPromote and drive a culture of caring, cooperation and transparency amongst staff and residentsMeet with internal & external stakeholders: families, residents, staff, organisational management, government and health agencies, as well as local community groupsDrive a culture of excellence and constant improvementShare with your teams your passion for providing brilliant care to your much-loved residents, who call your care home their own.
