Management position for caring and experienced care home manager, with clinical nursing registration.

Medcall is working with our client to source the next amazing Manager for this unique care home situated in South East Auckland.
This role is open due to an internal transfer.
Providing a range of rest home, hospital and memory care services, this facility is well known for its genuine warmth and support of residents, their whanau and the many local communities.
The role: Provide day-to-day operational oversight of this care home.
Maintain strong oversight of clinical service delivery.
Oversee occupancy, financials, compliance, marketing and staffing.
Ensure the facility meets all NZ legislative and health sector requirements.
Represent the site to the local community and a range of stakeholders.
Provide support to your clinical manager, mentoring and encouraging their growth.
Oversee services on site including repairs, maintenance, kitchen, laundry, & contractors.
Report to & liaise with Support Office on a regular basis.
Work with your regional cohort and Area Manager, ensuring ongoing growth & continued excellence.
You will: Hold New Zealand nursing registration, current APC & have NZ management experience in aged care or similar.
Have previous experience managing a very multicultural care home in New Zealand.
Bring your special mix of understanding, encouragement and experience working with a large multicultural team.
Relate to people exceptionally well, bringing out the best in everyone.
Be organised, efficient, proactive, energetic, and a highly effective manager.
