About the Role: As the Care Home Manager, you'll bring strong leadership and strategic oversight, working closely with staff to create a safe, welcoming environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing budgets, P&L, and business plans to drive financial success and operational efficiency
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, residents, and families to ensure excellent service and care standards
Optimizing occupancy levels through community engagement and a focus on quality resident experiences
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
