Your clinical, business, commercial, and health experience will drive you to constantly excel in your role.
Working collaboratively with the Clinical Coordinator and Area Manager, you will motivate and engage your team members to consistently provide high standard quality care to residents with a strong focus on quality of life and independence.
You will be overseeing rest home, hospital, and secure dementia levels of care.
Be accountable for continually improving the quality of this facility by safeguarding high standards of care and creating an environment where excellence in clinical support will flourish.
Monday to Friday hours with limited on-call.Hold clinical governance for the siteOversee and lead compliance and quality improvementsPromote training, education, and support of staff membersOversee and manage the financials and work within budgetsSkills & ExperienceRegistered Nurse with a current APC with the NZ Nursing CouncilA genuine passion for working within the aged care sectorIn-depth prior clinical leadership skills are requiredPrevious experience working across quality, financials, and daily operations is neededStrong interpersonal skills, being able to build rapport and strong networksLead by example and build a strong collaborative working cultureIf you're an ambitious and enthusiastic leader eager to further develop within a fantastic company, alongside a committed team of healthcare experts, don't hesitate to apply now.Reference: 201378
