About the Role:
As the Care Home Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to create a safe, welcoming environment for residents while overseeing compliance, reporting, and audits to meet regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing budgets, P&L, and business plans to drive financial success and operational efficiency.
Building and sustaining relationships with stakeholders, residents, families, and the local community, ensuring high-quality service and strong community ties.
Optimizing occupancy levels through community engagement and a focus on exceptional resident experiences.
Conducting regular audits and compliance checks, with detailed reporting to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
